Kein Wunder also, dass digitaler Content immer immer st\u00e4rker an seiner mobilen Benutzerfreundlichkeit gemessen wird. Die Content-Dinosaurier des Horizontalformats wie Live-Sport oder Filme sind zwar Evergreens, aber vor allem in der Kommunikationsbranche wird zunehmend in hochformatige Platzierungen investiert. Wir m\u00fcssen uns fragen, wird dort auch \u00fcberall \u201evertikal gedacht\u201c? Meist ist die Homepage die Basis der Au\u00dfendarstellung. Aber sp\u00e4testens beim Content verharren wir oft noch in horizontalen Denk- und Betrachtungsweisen. Ein Header bleibt zum Beispiel immer ein vertikales Bild und eignet sich somit nur bedingt f\u00fcr die Betrachtung auf mobilen Endger\u00e4ten. Bei der Entscheidung f\u00fcr das optimale Format stehen folgende Fragen im Mittelpunkt: in welchem Format finde ich meine Zielgruppe? Was ist meine Kernbotschaft und wie kommuniziere ich sie? Wieviel Platz ben\u00f6tige ich f\u00fcr Headlines, Subtitles oder St\u00f6rer? Erst auf Grundlage dieser Eckpunkte kann passgenauer und wirkungsstarker Content entstehen. Dadurch erscheint es uns auch nat\u00fcrlicher. W\u00fcrden wir st\u00e4ndig auf B\u00e4ume klettern, w\u00e4ren wir bei der Perspektivwahl vielleicht ein St\u00fcckchen weiter \ud83d\ude09 Dennoch findet Storytelling hochformatig statt. In 9:16 zu denken ist sicherlich f\u00fcr viele Fotograf*innen noch etwas ungewohnt, aber der Wandel macht sich schon bemerkbar: In den vergangenen Jahren haben wir bei den Einsendungen eine zunehmende Zahl hochformatiger Bilder registriert. Nat\u00fcrlich haben auch wir uns angepasst: Die Option Hochformat geh\u00f6rt inzwischen fest zum Briefing f\u00fcr unsere Fotograf*innen. Denn unsere Bilder werden nicht nur als Hero-Shots, sondern auch vermehrt f\u00fcr das gesamte Storytelling von Unternehmen und Marken eingesetzt.
